Big Dreams. Little Resources.

Updated: Sep 6, 2022

How to create big dreams even when your current circumstances look too small.

Have you ever had a dream, a big dream, but your resources were limited? I say go for it! If you do what you really love, you’ll never work a day in your life! At times you get a nudge in your heart that will let you know something good is coming your way or a witty idea in your head will nag at you. You’ll give it thought and then it disappears for a while, but it always seems to return.

Be careful of distractions that keep you away from your dream. Remember, great things can come out of small places. Sometimes you have to just do it! Take the risk and figure things out later. Go with your gut instinct, follow the process, don’t let the unknown dictate your destiny, and steal your dream.

Your gift will make room for you

Give your dream life, determination, and dedication; forever acting on them with open eyes.

Although you tuck the thoughts away, signs of your dreams show up periodically. Sometimes your very dream is staring you in the face and you ignore the signs because you lack the resources. Ask yourself what are you afraid of? What are you willing to leave behind? Remember, your gift will make room for you. This means that even if your current circumstances appear to be low on resources, as your step out and head in the directions of your dreams, life will also begin enabling the provisions you need to make it to the next step.

Don't allow what you can't see today to stop you from your dream tomorrow. Wait for the right time to share your thoughts with others, not everyone will embrace your vision. Remember great things can come out of small places. Sometimes you have to jump in the red sea and believe everything will work out just fine.

Execute your vision

Dreams can become reality if you believe the vision.

People have no idea what’s in your heart and what's best for you. Unless others have walked in your footsteps, advice from others is optional when executing your #vision. It takes a lot of courage to share your dreams with someone else, dreams have one owner at a time. First, write it down. It is important to be able to see your dream in front of you. Empty your head onto paper and map out how you want it to go. Next, position yourself to get started. Do the research. Find out how others have done it before you and start to take the steps to make it happen.

Create a plan and execute your vision when the time is right. You’ll know because you will have peace and no second-guessing. Your dream is wait for you to move.

Trust the process

Have faith, dreams do come true if you pursue them. Dream big dreams, there’s nothing wrong with that. When you have a dream you just can’t let go of, trust your instincts, have patience because good things surface as a result. You are not defined by your past so trust your potential and reach for the stars. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do to get to where you want to be. You never know what opportunities lie behind each door. Trust the process, do not be bound by fear. Trust the process, because it really will guide you. Trust the process, believe, and prepare for the miracles to come.

Sometimes your very dream is staring you right in the face and you ignore signs because you lack resources

You can do this!

Dreams are to be fulfilled. You must believe it's going to happen. Prepare yourself, trust your instinct, and do the work. Trust the process as your life unfolds and know without a doubt, through the highs and lows of your journey, that you can succeed. Although it may not look exactly how you envision the dream for yourself, enjoy where you are. Success is like the wind, it blows and sometimes you ride it out; but whatever you do, don’t quit before you get started. Dream Big!
